Who’s Behind the Business.
DB Digital Services was founded by Debs, who spent 24 years working in a non-departmental government body. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, commuting and office-based work became increasingly difficult. At the time, remote working was not an option, which led to medical retirement.
After some time, it became clear that staying at home long-term was not the right fit. Debs needed a way to work that supported her health while still using her skills, which led to the creation of DB Digital Services.
How the Business Grew.
The business began with admin support for small businesses and gradually evolved through ongoing online learning. Debs trained in:
- WordPress website design
- Blogging and content creation
- Building and managing social media presence
- Email marketing and digital systems
- Harnessing AI to support content and workflows
Today, DB Digital Services supports clients with websites, digital products, email marketing, and online systems that are practical, accessible, and easy to manage.
